For your convenience, we have listed detailed FAQs and Terms and Conditions which pertain to every booking. Should you have any additional enquiries, please be sure to contact us by telephone, email, text or WhatsApp.

ACCESSIBILITY

Someone will meet you at the property with the keys at an agreed arrival time. All apartments are easily accessible by using the stairs or the elevator. If self check-in would be preferable, please contact us in advance.

APARTMENT BUILDING

We ask all our guests to be respectful, polite, and quiet when coming and going from your apartment. We can all help by not dropping litter, smoking in designated area’s and being generally respectful.

ARRIVAL

Check in from 2pm to 9pm. On arrival – a member of the team will meet you and show you to your apartment. You will be given two sets of keys. These will be explained to you along with any other questions you may have about the apartment, area or building.

CANCELLATIONS

The value of the first night of your stay will be payable to the property if cancelled out with our 14 day cancellation policy.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY / LOSS OF KEYS

We can reserve the right to ask for a deposit on arrival at the property. Nothing pre taken.

DEPARTURE

Check out is at 11am. Our housekeeper will arrive at 11am. Please be ready to vacate as we are often running on a tight schedule between guests.

Please do your best to leave the apartments in the same, tidy condition you have been given it.

Our housekeepers do their absolute best to do a thorough & deep clean between every guest, however, any help with this is always appreciated.

If you have rubbish;

Our two bin stores are located in the basement of the building at the top of the car park. This can be accessed by pressing -1 on the lift. Be aware you will need your (orange)key to get back through the car park building access door.

GUEST ENTRY

We hope all of our guests have a relaxed and enjoyable stay and with that in mind, we reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest who behaves in an inappropriate way. This includes a guest or guests, being under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, abusive behaviour towards staff or our neighbours, aggression, or unacceptable dress. For the safety of all of those residing with us we WILL ask a guest behaving in this manner to leave the apartments if a disturbance is caused. Should we remove a guest on these grounds we will not give a refund.

LOSS / DAMAGE

Glasgow Apartments is not liable for the loss or damage of any guest property during their stay.  The establishment is not responsible or liable for any damage to guest vehicles whilst staying with us.

PARKING

We provide secure parking underneath the building.

PARTIES / EVENTS / LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS

Please be respectful of our neighbours, we have a strict no party/event policy. Please limit any loud noise that may disturb those in apartments around you. E.g. loud music.

Large group bookings are welcome.

PETS

Pets can stay free of charge.

RESERVING AN APARTMENT

Our official web site is the only booking platform where best rates are guaranteed. Please use the booking widget or call us to make a reservation.

SMOKING

STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. If you smoke within the apartment alarms for the building will be activated & the fire service will be alerted, along with ourselves. Please be aware you will be fined if you choose to smoke within the apartment.

WIFI

Free WIFI available throughout the apartments. Code is included within the information pack.
