For your convenience, we have listed detailed FAQs and Terms and Conditions which pertain to every booking. Should you have any additional enquiries, please be sure to contact us by telephone, email, text or WhatsApp.

ACCESSIBILITY

A member of our dedicated team will meet you at the property with the keys at a agreed arrival time. Self check in can also be prior agreed. All apartments are accessible for wheelchairs.

APARTMENT BUILDING

We ask all our guests to be respectful, polite, and quiet when coming and going from your apartment. We can all help by not dropping litter, by smoking only in designated area’s and being generally respectful.

ARRIVAL

Check in from 2pm to 7pm. On arrival – a member of the team will meet you and show you to your apartment. You will be given two sets of keys. These will be explained to you along with any other questions you may have about the apartment, area or building.

CANCELLATIONS

The value of the first night of your stay will be payable to the property if cancelled within 14 days of your stay.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY / LOSS OF KEYS

Glasgow Apartments hold the right to ask for a deposit on arrival.

The value of the first night’s stay will be held as a pre authorisation from the card you book with 14 days prior to arrival.

DEPARTURE

Check out is at 11am. Our housekeeper will arrive at this time. Please be ready to vacate as we are often running on a tight schedule between guests.

If you require a late check out; please ask and we will do our best to accommodate.

GUEST ENTRY

Our priority is to ensure all of our guests have a relaxed and enjoyable stay. However, Glasgow Apartments reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest who behaves in an inappropriate way. This includes a guest or guests, being under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, abusive behaviour towards staff or our neighbours or are hiring the apartment for the purpose of an event. For the safety of all of those residing with us – we will ask any guest behaving in an unacceptable manner to leave. Should we remove a guest on these grounds, a refund will not be given.

LOSS / DAMAGE

Glasgow Apartments is not liable for the loss or damage of any guest property during their stay.  The establishment is not responsible or liable for any damage to guest vehicles whilst staying with us.

PARKING

We provide secure parking underneath the building. This is accessible via secure, remote controlled gates.

PARTIES / EVENTS / LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS

Please be respectful of our neighbours, we have a strict no party/event policy.

We are pet friendly.

There will be no extra charges.

RESERVING AN APARTMENT

Our official web site is the booking platform where our best rates are guaranteed. Please use the booking widget or call us to make a reservation.

Free & available throughout all apartments.

Your WIFi code will be clearly displayed in your apartment.

PAYMENT

Reservations will be secured by entering your payment details into our secure booking site. The card will then be charged on arrival for the total value of your stay.

We accept all major cards.
